On March 11, the 2023 Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance Spring Alumni Annual Meeting and SAIF Alumni Finance Forum Shanghai Summit was successfully held in Shanghai Greenland Conference Center. At the meeting, the alumni who have made outstanding achievements in the society, have great influence or made outstanding contributions to the development of the college, and have played a vanguard and exemplary role among the alumni were commended and rewarded. Cao Yalian, chairman of Sixunited Intelligent, won the 2021 High Gold Alumni Annual Contribution Award.

During the financial forum, Chairman Cao Yalian delivered a keynote speech on "looking at the Development Space of Chinese Enterprises from the Perspective of the World". He also shared with the guests and alumni the thoughts and achievements of being invited to participate in the World Government Summit as a Chinese unicorn enterprise, as well as the global strategic layout of Sixunited Intelligent. He said that the current international economic and political structure has undergone profound adjustments, and the global industrial chain and supply chain are facing huge impacts. Chinese companies must further enhance their awareness, identify gaps, and accelerate growth. Focus on key areas, promote the deep integration of information technology and new industries, accelerate the construction of a new industrial system, continuously enhance independent innovation capabilities, and comprehensively enhance the international competitive advantage of China's industrial chain.

Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) of Shanghai Jiaotong University was established in 2019. It is an international institute of finance established by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in accordance with the model of an international first-class business school based on Shanghai Jiaotong University in order to realize the national strategy of building Shanghai into an international financial center.
